My predictions for the next round:
  • Street Fighter II: The World Warrior
  • Ultima
  • Space Invaders
  • The Legend of Zelda
  • Zork
  • Minecraft
Zork and Ultima are the only ones I really have any doubt about. If not them, then I'd guess they'd choose Angry Birds and SimCity.

2016 finalists announced - http://www.worldvideogamehalloffame.org/2016-finalists

Final Fantasy instead of Ultima. And The Sims instead of SimCity. And instead of Zork, The Oregon Trail. Given that kind of selection, it's a real wonder that neither Angry Birds or Wii Sports is on there. But they do have GTA III, Civilization, and Elite as unexpected finalists. Here's hoping they're inducted.
