1. It is still under construction. Pardon the dust. It might be some time before it's in a state that I'm truly happy with.
2. It exists chiefly as a means of publishing and organizing my collection of notes. Some of them then might get turned into front-page articles on the main site, but that's not necessarily the goal. The important thing here is the publishing for public reading.
3. It's fun to do this.
4. If you want to register and join in the discussion, feel free to do so. But if nobody joins up, it's not something that's going to trouble me. The forum format was selected chiefly for its organizational structure than for its community features. But if you do decide to join, please only do so if you've something to contribute.
